Every scientist understands the exhilaration of exploring and pushing at the boundaries of scientific knowledge.  For me, the only thing better is sharing that excitement about what we know… and what remains to be discovered.

I strive to communicate science in a way that’s accurate, accessible, and (most importantly) enjoyable. Most of all, I love that innovative storytelling can both inspire and educate.

In the same way, there’s a select group of proteins that require a special amino acid—one that’s encoded in an entirely different way than all the rest.
